And if so, are they real balonies? We need a balcony to use when our youngest is taking a nap. We are thinking of getting a pool-view studio or standard view 1 bedroom. Thanks for any help!!!

Yes. Technically the first floor it is considered a patio. The size depends on where the room is located but all have at least a table and 2 chairs.

The table is a small side table, not a full sized dining table. The balconies are long and narrow, but you can sit on them.

ADD anything you need to your requests and generally inour experience they are met.
we always ask for a high floor to be above the trees and have in the past asked for and got specific room numbers.
These rooms are been paticularly suitable .

We had a 1 BR standard view in Sept. I requested upper floor near bus stop. We were right over the walkway from that end of the building and very far from the elevator. It was a great room and had a balcony off the living room and the bedroom so we had a total of 4 chairs and 2 tables.

Yes, we had the most awesome balcony last time overlooking the pool! It was fun during the day and in the morning very peaceful to watch all the ducks (and ducklings) in the pool.
