As usual...I'm getting a huge headache reading as much as I can on the board, and still can't find my answer.....

We are taking 4 kids, and two of them are 2 years old. when i chose my fastpass plus selections, I chose rides that my older 2 children will ride, but my twins can not (soarin, test track, btmrr, etc..). It let me book my entire part of 6 when i made my selections.

so-can the older two kids use their fast passes with their father to ride, come out of the ride, swap bracelets with the twins and ride again with me?

I'm asking, because earlier this week, my disney experience showed the twins as not counting toward our party (although they did when I booked) fast pass rides and it got me to thinking that perhaps their bracelets are simply a formality, since technically they do not pay park admission. I don't want to send the older kids up there with a fast pass bracelet and be told there is no fast pass atttached to it. make sense?

Nope. Sorry.

No tickets. No FP+. Only a MagicBand to wear (to keep peace in the family.) ;)

The child (who meets the height requirement) can ride any attraction with a family member
who does have a FP+ for that attraction. The child will not get and not need a FP+ for her/himself.

They have no ticket, so there's no FP. They just get bracelets the same as they used to get kttw, but they don't do anything.

However, they should count in MDE as long as they were on the original reservation. It will just say 'infant' next to their name.

Any child that is too young to have a park ticket does not have fp's. The number of fp's is based on the number of days on your park ticket. They can go along with you on rides when you have a fp (or do SB when you don't) but they don't have their own.

Everyone staying in a room has to be shown on the resort reservation and everyone at a table has to be shown on a dining reservation (even if you are not buying them a meal).

Nope, my question doesn't make sense or Nope, the older kids won't be able to use the 2 years olds bracelets to ride again?

Although I did flesh out my response,
the answer "nope" does answer
the Title of your thread, "Do 2 Year olds get actuall FAST PASSES?"

The 2yos bracelets are just a formality and they do not have to wear them at all. Since 2yos do not require entry tickets they are not allocated FP+ selections either. They will ride "free" with anyone else in the party. It may not work since you have other children, but we made the most of this by booking different FP+ selections for each parent and then having DS ride with us. DH booked a FP+ for Peter Pan and I booked one for Dumbo. I took DS on Dumbo while DH watched and DH took him on Peter Pan while I waited. Since these were all rides that we had already done during our vacation it worked well to get DS some extra rides.

Since the 2 yos do not need nor are allocated FP+ selections your older children cannot use the younger one's bracelets for anything. The bracelets are purely decoration and will only work to open your resort room door.

Great plan :thumbsup2

This was my experience last week. Your little ones won't have fast passes attached and MDE won't let you book one for them. Had no problem bringing my little one with me on stuff he could ride though.

Although the two year olds won't get FPs, you can still do the same thing with rider swap. There are multiple threads about rider swap here, so I won't go into great detail. But, your husband can ride with the older ones. Then, you can ride with them using the rider swap.

This is what we are doing.

Thank you everyone for the responses.

Great suggestion. I will have to weigh my option of making the 2YO's wait in the lines and waiting during the swap for the attractions they are too small for vs. telling the older two children they can only ride once if SB lines are long....

Your 2 yo will not be able to wait in line if they are too short. One adult will have to keep the 2 yo entertained somewhere else while the others ride again.

you are right...so, then we will have to wait in line twice then?

If you are doing rider swap, then yes. The first person goes through in the standby line (unless you have a FP+), then the second person will be allowed to go in through the FP line by showing and surrendering their rider swap card.

Keeping the little ones entertained is sometimes difficult. But, for some, it's not too bad. When we used it for Soarin, I would take them on Living with the Land. For Space Mountain, we did the People Mover. We never did this, but I think others do things with the little ones in other areas and meet up later to do the rider swap.
