DMR - do they restock out of stock items?

I've never redeemed our points for a reward item, we've been saving up for the Waterford ears. We're finally really close to having enough points, but now it says that it's out of stock. Do they typically restock items?

I think it depends. I wanted the one share certificate, and have enough points; but it no longer even shows up on the site.

Nothing else really appeals to me, I have the grape soda pin & also the fairy floaty pen set made by Eskesen. I collect floaty pens, so I immediately recognized these, gave husband's secretary the paper for her kid--but the pens were all for me.

We'd have wanted the one stock certificate if we'd known about it. Sorry you weren't able to get one.

We bought the grape soda pin from the movie club so we could save our points for the ears.

Nothing else really appeals to us either.
