DMEday after landing

we will be landing at MCO around 9.00pm and have elected to stay at the hyat in the airport that night. Can we still have our luggage delivered directly to OKW using the yellow luggage tags the night we land even though we wont be checking in to OKW until the next day.

No. You will need to get your bags and take them to the bus the following morning. Your bags will be tagged for the day you arrive at your Disney resort.

How do you arrange for a DME bus in the AM if you are staying at Hyatt night before?

You call Magical Express and tell them what day and about what time you'll need transportation.
