If our flight leaves at 3:50 pm what time do we catch the bus from the hotel? If I remember correctly, they have you catch the bus pretty early.

I'd like to spend some time at Disney Springs shopping and have lunch that day before we leave.

Magical Express typically picks up from your resort 3-3.5hr before your flight departure time.

Keep in mind you need to be waiting at the bus stop a bit before the time given, as that is the time the bus is set to leave your resort. And if you miss the bus you will have to find your own way to the airport. I wouldn't cut it too close. Or you could just plan to Uber to the airport and save the stress.

Our ADR is for 10. An Uber might be a good idea, thank you. I'd hate to miss the bus and we don't want to rush our last morning.

If you keep DME I'd recommend Uber back to to your hotel as resort buses from DS can take a while. Also so you may need to allow for time to get anything from Bell Services at your hotel.

I think it is too close for Disney Transportation back to your resort. 3 hours before 3:50 is 12:50. You need to be at the DME Stop about 15 minutes before that. Do you need to pick up Carryons or need a restroom break before that? I wouldn’t do it.
