Hi all.

Approximately when does the info for disney magical express come? We are 18 days out and havent received anything. We did however get our mickey mail a few weeks ago! Sorry this is our first visit so not sure how it works...Thanks for any help with this!

Is your DME info on the res? Did you recently put it on? If it was on there at your 45 day mark I'd call and let them know so they can shoot you more out. It would have been there if you've had it on since before 45 days.

I received mine close to the 40day mark,

You should call to confirm that you're on DME and request additional tags...but either way, atleast confirm that DME has you scheduled, if so you can still use DME without the tags, just save the luggage receipt and give to the DME Cm and they will collect the bags for you..even without the DME tags.

I just got my packet for our vacation today. Because I had ME on my reservation but never updated the time. Everything was in my voucher packet. We are actually coming in earlier so that is why I never updated .

If you pre-registered for DME before your 45-day mark, and you have received your Mickey Mail, including several yellow sticker-type strips (which are your DME luggage tags) - you already got it. The DME stuff is, most of the time, incorporated into your Mickey Mail; the vouchers/barcodes are on page 4 or so of the booklet in your Mickey Mail packet.

If you did not pre-register before they prepared and mailed your Mickey Mail, then you should have received an envelope from DME with the tags and vouchers in it, just like they used to do it, within about a week of registering.

If neither of these is the case, or if you haven't yet registered, or if you aren't sure if you registered yet, you can contact DME directly at (866) 599-0951 and they will take care of it. If you are very close (within a week) of arrival, they may not be able to get your tags to you.

If you go without tags, I suggest tying a brightly-colored/patterned ribbon around the handles of your checked bags. A piece of this as a sample along with your luggage claim tickets will make it easy for DME personnel to retrieve your bags and get them to your resort.

I received mine today and I'm 181 days out. Something screwy is going on. I'd call if I were you. All my info is there and correct, so I just need to make sure over the next 6 months I don't lose it!

I am worried because I just moved but that was a little before the 30 day mark, when I called to update my address they said my mail hadn't gone out yet so that would be fine. Did I have to call DME seperately as well? I kind of assumed it would all be linked to my account.

I did however receive some luggage tags with my mickey mail and those yellow strips. So if that is all I needed then I guess I am ok? lol I guess I assumed DME stuff was separate. I will call anyways tho because my first night is RO not through WDW and I know I verified before that I was all set but better safe than sorry! Thanks for all the help guys!

You've already got your DME stuff. You're good to go.

Doesn't really matter if your flight info changes, or if you're arriving RO for the first night, or any of that. Once your bags land in Orlando with those yellow strips on them, they will be set aside for DME and delivered to whichever resort DME delivered you to, 2-4 hours later.

DME will want to scan the barcodes in your booklet, but if you misplace those or can't get to them, they'll issue you new ones at DME checkin.

When we went last year we got luggage tags AND separate tickets for DME. I think the tickets were in the center of the booklet they sent.

Really. Scared me that it came so very, very early. I'm terrified I'm going to lose the packet and tags. I've rented DVC points, so it's not like I can just call and work it all out.

You can add as soon as you have both resort and or fare booked, but no later than 10 days prior to your check-in date.
