We are having to change flight plans. Instead of getting in by air on Monday, we will be arriving on Sunday. We will be having to get a hotel before checking into WDW resort the next day. Is there still a way to use DME on our check in day? I was thinking if we stayed near the airport and was able to go back to the airport to utilize DME.

We flew in the night before and stayed at the hotel at the airport and the next morning (our check-in day) we went to magical express and got on. I think you just have to tell them when you set it up you will be staying at a hotel the day before.

They don't care. Tell DME what time you're arriving at the airport. They don't need (or care) to know that you're actually arriving a second time (the first time being your flight, the second being from the hotel).

Just make the normal advance Magical Express reservation for going to Disney on your check in day. Estimate the time or submit a flight, any flight, any airline arriving at about the time you will be back at the airport for DME.

Incoming flight information is never required. You can just tell the CM it's pending.
