I am flying alone to Orlando, my party is driving. I am sharing a room with someone else and the reservation is in her name. Will I have any trouble making reservations for myself to use magical express?

as long as your name is on the ressie then no.

But she may have to call CRO to do the itinial set up.

There is a "master" name on the reservation, but each person staying in the room must also be named in the reservation. So as long as you are listed as a guest in the room, you are entitled to DME ... no problem!
