Last November our tags did not come either. We called to double check that we were registered for DME and they gave us instructions. Basically, since the tags are not on your checked luggage they will not be able to pull your bags. You can get your luggage and then go check in at the ME counter. They will transport your luggage with you on the bus. WE actualy liked this better as we had our luggage right away. Since our room was ready when we arrived, everything worked well.
