DME-When leaving Disney

When you are leaving to go back home, how many hours before your flight departs does Disney want you to leave? I was thinking I heard 4 hours, but wasn't sure. If our flight departs at 12:00, would we have to load the DME bus around 8:00?

It's actually about 3 hours before your flight. and believe me you need every bit of those 3 hours. We just got back from Disney on April 18 and we were picked up at 7am and our flight wasnt till 9:50am and we almost missed our flight and not because of DME we were at the airport at 7:45am it was the security lines........they were crazy!!!

We just came back yesterday. Our flight was at 2:20. We got picked up at 11:25. Then we stopped at the WL to pick up people there, got to the airport around 12:15, not quite sure. We had no problem getting through security. We had checked our bags at the hotel and gotten our boarding passes, so we did not have to check bags at the airport. Those lines were huge ( delta air lines ). the security lines were long, but kept moving. We had time to sit down, have lunch and still were waiting at the gate for a while.
