DME to Resort

We are a party of 5 staying at GF. One person in our traveling party will be arriving at the airport at a later time on the same day as the other 4. All 5 names are on our DME packet. I am worried the one person arriving to the airport later will not be able to take DME to the hotel because we will not all be together. Do we all need to be together because we are all are on the same reservation?

No you do not. You tell ME everyone's flight and arrival time, from what I recall. But in any case it shouldn't be an issue.

As the pp said, it won't be an issue as you can give different flight information for that one person. Since that person is on the resort reservation, it doesn't matter that he/she is arriving at a different time from the others.

This is a big relief. So there is nothing from the DME booklet the single traveler would need to show to get on the bus? He will only have his photo ID, AP and MB.

If at all possible, get that person their travel voucher, or make a copy of that page and get it to them. It will expedite matters greatly. Everything 'should' be on the MBs, but it's always best to have hard copy back up.

We had issues with our DME reservation because I decided to switch my flight to a different airline (long story)....

Anyways, I just called DME and told them, they updated everything. No problem. I would call them directly and they can set it up for you

You can call DME and they will work something out for you. i just called them yesterday. Janet there worked some magic for me! 866/559-0951.
