DME tags via TA's?

For those of you who have received your DME tags via your travel agents, how far in advance did you receive them prior to your departure? Or, did you receive them in time at all?

I'm leaving on July 6th and yesterday my TA (AAA) gave me all my "stuff" but said that Disney told her it was unlikely I would get my DME tags in time.

Can anybody give me some encouragement that I might actually get my tags in time via my TA?

We left 5/21 for WDW and I received my DME tags from my agent about a week before we left. You should receive yours unless the whole thing is becoming more disorganized! I chickened out on using DME, and went with a limo company since we were arriving late and I had been hearing too many reports of having to wait hours for luggage. It was worth the limo expense to have my luggage and a grocery stop. I just didn't want to be woken up at 4 in the morning - or worse, have no luggage the next morning and have to worry about that on my first park day! I may give DME a try on our next trip in December, though. We'll be arriving earlier, and surely, by then they'll have the kinks worked out.
