Some of our group will be riding DME from the airport because we want Disney to transport all of the luggage (21 suitcases, 4 golf bags, 6 carseats ) We have 4 different villas. When the DME riders check in will they need to know how many suitcases/golf bags/car seats are in each room or can we just tell them a total number of items? We have 6 different families within our group and getting all these tags straight is driving me nuts.

Each person with an airline ticket gets one yellow M.E. tag. It will list their resort right on the tag. After you check in to the resort, they send your bags up to your room, because they will be able to match the name on the luggage tag to a room at that point.

You will need to tell the gate agent at the airport how many bags are going into each room. Smith family says their party has 4 bags, Jones family says their party has 3 bags. Each different room reservation should have its own set of tags.

Thanks. I actually had to order 2 sets of tags for each room because we are also checking car seats and golf bags besides luggage. The 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas each have more than 1 family and all the tags were mailed to one person in each villa so it has been rather a mess. Thanks again.

Stupid question...

Are the kids part of the "some" group that's riding ME? If not, won't they need the car seats to get from MCO to WDW?

Actually not a stupid question at all. Yes, the kids are all riding the bus. 3 adults will pick up the minivans. We decided to do it this way because then we wouldn't have to wait around at the luggage carousels for the car seats. We have enough to do just dealing with 4 strollers and carry on baggage.
