We are doing a split stay between CBR and GF. I received two sets of DME mail, one for each resort. Can I just toss the GF info. or do I need to call Disney ad tell them we won't be using them.
(not that I am being lazy but its still a surprise trip so making that call takes some planningfor privacy:)

Keep the packet/tags for CBR..you don't need the ones for GF. When you get to GF, make your return reservations if they aren't listed correctly in the GF packet.

You have 2 resort ressies that's why you got 2 DME packages. They do not see it as 1 family trip...to them it's 2.

You will need the GF vouchers to get on the bus to go back to MCO.....it says right on the vouchers that you will need them for your return trip.

I think it best for you to get it sorted out after you get there....most likely the DME people at MCO can do it when you arrive.

awesome, thank you for your replies. I like the idea of sorting it out when we get there! Sounds like the best plan!

No need to waste time at MCO, just use the CBR luggage tags and vouchers to skip the check in and board the bus.

Then after you check in to the GF call DME at your convenience from your room (there is a direct dial option from the room telephone) and confirm your departure. You will receive a package under your door the day before you depart and you can use this to board the DME bus back to the airport.

what do you mean by skip the check in?

There is a check in desk for DME at the airport, if all your paperwork is in order and you have your bus voucers you can skip the check in and head directly for the bus area. There will be DME CM's checking your paperwork and sending you past the check in desk to the bus area or sending you to the check in area.

If you don't have your luggage tags and want to use the luggage delivery, didn't have enough or have other issues you have to stop at the DME welcome desk and check in to do these things.

IMHO if any of this can be done at your leisure after you check in (and yours can) I would rather be heading to Disney than standing in an extra line at the airport.

Probably. But, it's difficult to do it over the phone. The DME computer automatically spits out complete packages for each resort reservation. I have yet to use the return vouchers for my ride back to the airport. I just bring the notice that is left in my room the day before.
If there is any question, it really is best to deal with it at the resort you are leaving from, in person.
