It is not normally busy at this time of the morning. The only exception might be on a Saturday morning but right now it is not that busy.

I'm wondering how busy it will be when we arrive on a Friday in November at 2:30 pm?

Well, it's hard to say about November with Thanksgiving and all. It isn't very busy right now I can tell you that. Some days the airport is only bringing in 2,000 people all day (compared to 10-15K during the summer). If you are going around Thanksgiving then it might be busy but during the beginning of the month I couldn't see why it would be that busy.

Our flight will arrive at 7:45AM ,will they be picking people up at that time of the morning?Do you think we will be on a bus or do they have smaller vehicles for that time of the morning?We will be staying at the Pop for our first 2 nights and then moving to BWV how will that work when we start to depart our last day?Do you make one for when you arrive and one for when you depart?

Is there a special place to put the luggage tag? With my luck they won't see it! Also, what if your plane is delayed & you are not there at the time they are expecting you?

The DME luggage tags are probably best placed on the handle, the same place the airline luggage tag goes (you know, that big white sticky paper tag that has the 3-digit airport code, etc.). My suitcases have a handle on the side and the top, and since we received 8 DME tags (4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids) but only checked 2 suitcases, we put 2 DME tags on each suitcase, one on each handle, just to be on the safe side. I'm sure it didn't matter, but it just felt like the thing to do.

Don't worry of your flight is delayed, it won't matter. However, if you have a flight that's scheduled to arrive late at night, and it is running a few hours late, I'm not sure whether you'll have trouble.
