i'm using DME to get to MCO from my disney resort.
i'm flying with SWA and i'm going to need assistance getting to security and my gate since i'm visually impaired.
when i get off the DME bus how do i get to either southwest curbside check in or southwest inside check in?

i don't actually need to check my bags cuz i'll do that at the hotel but i just need to be able to find a southwest employee so that they can assist me to my gate.

I would have the driver talk to an employee when youngest to your terminal drop off. They should be able to assist you. You also might want to make a note of that when you book your return to MCO reservation. They should be able to call up to SW and have someone come down to meet you.

I would also contact Southwest and let them know you will need assistance. We did that when my daughter was injured. They (JetBlue) were wonderful.

Have a great trip.

When the DME arrives to pick you up. Tell the driver you are visual impaired. He will put you in the front seat and help you off and help get you the assistance you need when you arrive at MCO
