DME & Many Ressies

We are having to move our April vacation forward by 6 nights. Due to limited availability, we have ended up with 5 separate reservations for an 11 night stay at BWV. To make it worse, we are on the waitlist to use DVC points for the 1st night and are cautiously optomistic that this waitlist wll come thru. Our current reservation for that night is with CRO for an AP rate.

So, what ressie info do we need to book DME? Only the first and the last? What happens if the ressie number (but not hotel) changes for our first night after we book but before we leave? Can we posssibly make this any more complicated????

You will need to give them the resort conf. for the resort you will be going to first. They need this so they will know where to take your luggage. Also they need it to preplan about how many buses to which resorts for a particular time of day. So....give them that first reservation number. Then, when you get to MCO and the DME checkin desk, they will ask about your resort at the end of your trip. You can give them the right resort at that time, if they don't already have it in their system. They don't care where you are inbetween those first and last resorts.

Does it matter that I expect the ressie number (but not the resort) for the first stay to change between now and the time we go as it switches from CRO to DVC? I wasn't sure how important the ressie number is v. the imformation about guest name and resort.

I guess what I am asking is: Should just wait to make a reservation until this first night reservaton has been finalized?
