DME left out my voucher

Hi -

I'm wondering if I should worry about this or not. For some reason, our vouchers came and there was not one for me, although I've double checked the reservation, and my name is still there (good thing because I'm the one paying!!!). Not sure why this happened since I've never changed the reservation and it's always had three people on it. I called and they said they would send another voucher but as of yet it has not arrived. If I have a copy of the reservation for POP with all three of our names on it, will it be a big deal that I don't have a voucher? Luggage tags are not a problem since we will only be checking two bags and I have enough tags. I am going to call again, but now our trip is two weeks away and I am getting a little nervous that the voucher won't come.

Has anyone else had this happen?

as long as you're on the package and DME is aware of it, I wouldn't sweat it too much. the DME welcome desk can print you up a roundtrip voucher.

i can't say that's happened to me, but i can say i've signed up for DME the day before I went to orlando and made full use of it including luggage delivery to the room. couldn't have been smoother.

they've been doing this for over 2 years now. they've pretty much dealt with it all by now.
