DME for later arriving guest

I was advised on another thread that I shouldn't add him to the reservation until after we arrive so that I won't have to pay for him for the whole time. The rest of our group will be there for 8 days, he'll only be there for the last 3. How far in advance do I need to reserve DME?

You can do it at the resort when you add him. Ask at check in.

Since you are doing a room only reservation just break you reservation down to 5 and 3 nights and put everyone in the appropriate rooms and have the reservations linked.
