Hello ... our family of 6 will be all traveling to Disney on the same day, same reservation (2 bed villa). However, 4 of us will be flying out of Atlantic City and 2 will be flying out of Newark a couple hours apart. Can we make DME reservations on the same bus to/from our Disney resort?

Taking the same bus is optinal. If you all go to the welcoming area at th e same time you will probably all be on th e same bus.

Your DME reservations to Disney don't have to be really accurate, time wise, and you don't have to be all that punctual.

DME does not schedule guests for a specific bus, when you get to the welcome center you will be directed to the line for the bus for your resort and will be loaded on the next bus. If you all arrive at the same time that is fine, if you are not arriving at the same time you don't have to wait if you don't want to. If you have only one DME reservation, you will only get one voucher book with all the vouchers in it so the party without the vouchers will have to stop at the desk and DME will print vouchers for them.

You aren't assigned a specific bus, you just get in line when you get there. So, if you want to be on the same bus, the first group just need to wait at the airport for the second group. Then you will all go to the DME counter at the same time.

You can take the DME bus when you get to MCO, and those arriving later can take a bus when they get there, and then meet up at the resort.
OR...
Those arriving first could grab a bite to eat at MCO and relax for a bit, then head down to level 3 and the DME checkin area. There is a nice seating area across from the DME counter where you can sit and wait for those arriving a bit later. Then you can all check in together and get on the same bus.
