What time does DME leave the BWI/BWV resort? I know it will be approximately 3 hours before my flight but it won't be exactly at that time. I'm looking for the general schedule, like 20 minutes past the hour and 50 minutes past, or 15 and 45 minutes past the hour or ??? Thanks!

Back in 2008, DME pickup times at DIsney's BoardWalk were :20 and :50 past the hour, if guests had flights approximately 3 hours later. (Of course, that could have changed my now.)

Guests and their belongings should be at the pickup location 15 minutes prior to pickup time.

I don't think there is an exact schedule. The bus routing depends on the demand. I took DME from the airport in April, we stopped at POFQ first, then BWV and then I think it was going to Beach Club.

The inbound motorcoach departures from the airport to WDW resorts are dynamic, based on actual demand at the time. (Even then, there are resort groupings that tend to be the same or smilier day after day.)

For outbound travel back to the airport, Disney has a set of routes and times that they can "plug" guests into. That way, they don't have to completely reinvent the wheel each time.

For example, let's suppose there are BoardWalk guests with flights departing at 6:15 p.m, 6:25 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. They'll all be scheduled for the same 3:20 p.m. pickup on a coach that will then pick up guests at Caribbean Beach Resort before proceeding to the airport.

I'm sure Disney makes changes when necessary, such as sending a second motorcoach when they need to schedule more gusts than will fit on a single coach or skipping pickup times entirely when there are no guests with corresponding flights departures approx. 3 hours later.

Thanks! We need to change our return flight and I'm trying to make an educated guess on what our DME pickup time might be.

Remember that you need to be at the bus stop, ready to go, 15 minutes before whatever time you are guestimating. Buses do come early, and if you are not there, they will leave you! And then you are responsible for finding your own way to the airport. Almost put my dad in a bad spot, when I forgot to share that bit of info with him. The bus was just about to leave when he arrived at his DME bus stop!:scared:

Thank you (and to Horace Horsecollar as well) for the reminders about that! I had such a convenient return flight booked originally but things happen and sometimes plans have to be changed. We're only losing a couple of hours on our last day (including the 15 minutes before DME departure!) so it's not too bad really.
