DME available with room only reservation?

Can you ride DME if you only have a room reservation and not a package? It's actually cheaper for me to book a room only and buy the tickets as an add-on, but it wouldn't let me add DME on the online booking page. Everything I'm seeing only says you must have a resort reservation to use DME.

Thank you! That's what I'm seeing also. I was reluctant to finish booking online until I found out for sure. I guess I'll have to call them. I'd rather chew off my arm

Do not call WDW to book the bus, call Magical Express directly at (866) 599-0951. Much easier

You can literally just use that form after you book.

You can also complete the flight info using the Change Reservation option on MDE
Though I prefer the link above myself, the Change Reservation form is a shorter one
