To get your 3 FP+ at AK can you use your DME app after entering park, or do you have to go to a CM with an iPad?

If you are a resort guest, you can use the app anytime to book or change them. Off site guests must use a kiosk or CM with iPad. I think people reported being able to see them on MDE but not change?
