DME aggravation

I have had nothing but problems with my room, and now my ME reservations, since I booked this trip. I have spent countless hours trying to straighten things out.
Without getting into it too much, I thought I had everything straightened out, then yesterday, not 1, but 2 sets of DME tags are delivered. Since they both have my friend's husbands name on them (don't ask, I still can't understand why), the one set was delivered to my current address, but to the people downstairs. They luckily opened it and saw my name in it and gave it to me rather than throw it out. The second set, which I haven't yet seen, was sent to my old address, my FMIL called and was like, are we getting mail for John now? I was just like, don't worry, I'll pick it up tomorrow...
At any rate, I look at the packet, and the info is wrong. They have our names right, and our resort, but that's it. Our flights info are ALL messed up. They have the baby returning alone the day after my friend gets there, on my inbound flight! :confused3
My question is, do I need to straighten this out ahead of time, or can we just go to the counter when we arrive (separately) and it will be ok? I don't think I have the fight in me anymore to try and get things fixed over the phone again...I guess what I need to know is, how much importance does the flight info in their file hold?

I'm wondering the same thing. I attempted to add one way ME info online, but it got all buggered up. Having me leave and return at the same time and on the same day. I really wish I could fix this online myself. I think I'm just going to call and cancel ME. I'd rather take a taxi anyway.

Call the number located in the packet to make sure that they have the correct info. More than likely they have the right info, it's just printed wrong on the vouchers. They won't send new ones to you though.
When ME first came out, we wouldn't get the vouchers until 5 days before someone left for Disney, and we'd have documents with nothing on them, but when we called ME, they have the correct info.

For parties whose members are arriving in Orlando at different times, each group should have a copy of the room reservation and some evidence of attempting a ME reservation. Vouchers are best but if worse comes to worst, one suggestion is to least have the names of two people you talked to on the phone about ME. (Which requires at least 2 calls if you never got vouchers/yellow tags.).

When you get to Orlando they go by your room reservation dates, not your ME arrival date, if they check these.

You can ignore problems with the homebound ME reservations until after you get to the resort, you can make corrections or changes as late as a day before checkout.

Don't worry about the flights. It'll be a very easy thing to straighten out once you get to the Welcome Center. You'll be all set. Just relax, and have fun. :)

We have had no problems the last 2 trips. In fact received ours this week for Feb 26th trip.
