DME & 2 different flights

We are flying in as a family of four at roughly 2:30 pm. My grandparents are flying in on a separate flight around 4:30 pm. When I get the DME package I assume all six of us will be on it, we're all staying in the same AKV villa and are booked on the same package. So do we have to stay at the airport for two hours until their flight arrives and all ride DME together, or can the four of us take DME at 2:30 and then grandparents take DME at 4:30? How will I be able to make sure they get the yellow luggage tags and the scanner pages from the DME booklet (the barcoded part) for their DME trip?

Normally they send all of the yellow Magical Express tags for any given room/reservation/package to one person. You can send out tags and a copy of the DME brochure to your grandparents.

It's your choice whether to all take the same bus or to take different DME buses as you arrive.

I believe they'll have to go to the DME desk and "sign in". Then they'll be given the voucher to hand to the bus driver. BUT, if you're going to send them luggage tags, why not send vouchers at the same time?

Good point and I will call DmE soon anyway to give them all the flight info and I'll ask them too.
