Phew!!! Last question tonight, thank goodness! Is that sighs of relief or regret that I am hearing?

There will be a point for each part of the following question.

a) Name the two authors of the book "Disneyland Paris, From Sketch To Reality".

b) How many limited edition collectors copies were published?

And finally, I am setting the following question as a tiebreaker.
