Oops, that didn't work out so well!

New picture added (me and DB on Autopia).

I'm quite pleased with how this one turned out, although it still suffers a bit if you zoom in.

I think it would have worked out better if I had more red pictures for the car, but oh well, it worked out ok anyway.

I would love to know how the person (sorry can't remember the name) wrote 'jack sparrow 2008' on their pic yesterday in a curve, I can only do straight lines

'twas me (I think) - I used Adobe Photoshop Elements, after you've clicked the text tool and have placed your writing, go to the top bar and there should be a T .... with an arc underneath it (it's next to the colour block) - click on that and a box should pop up untitled 'Warp Text', in the drop down menu (which by default says none) you will be able to choose how to display your text, have a play around with it - it's fun!

Apparantly, the instructions say that you need to reduce the minimum distance between duplicated tiles setting because it can't find a suitable image (hence the black gaps). As 0 means no duplicates, then I would try using a setting of 1 and see what you get.

If you've already got it set to 1, then yes, it's probably your cousin's photos not having enough to choose from

I've got 1 for the mac which allows me to use a google images search as my image source. Maybe I'll try that out again at some point.

If you have Microsoft Word, that has WordArt with it, does the same thing.

I think its really annoying me because I did it months ago no problems really!

Sounds a good plan to me. I struggled a bit with the Autopia as I don't have many red pictures to play with. I'm trying to make one of the Disneyland hotel at the moment, but I'm not sure how many pink pictures I have either, so it might not come out well.

I can see how it's annoying; those last ones you did were amazing (especially the Scar one). I guess you got lucky with the colours of the photos an d/ or the settings you had.

I've only got my Disney pictures in my library, but then I don't have a great deal else on this computer. I do have a load of snowboarding ones which would give me plenty of white to play with if I needed it though

Iwonder what you'd get if you tried to make a photo mosaic of a photo mosaic?

For a split sec there I thought I had the Rob thing wrong!!!

Right Fionas one has worked, she has a mickey one like me now, but hers has a few bits of blue in it, I'm gonna try another for her to see if it looks better!

Last one for this evening probably. I've created a mosaic of the Pink Palace and DLP entrance this time. I've uploaded it to my gallery as usual.

See back in the day mine were taking that long and longer...now they are taking half an hour!! what have I done wrong? You going to post it? I'm not posting mine yet..gonna do a few first
