DLR Peter Pan pool

Hey guys! I know the Disneyland hotel Peter Pan pool is only for guests staying at the hotel......so here's my question:

How do they enforce this? Couldn't some random person just walk into the pool area and start swimming?

You have to have a room key to open the gate to the pool area, but I guess someone could sneek in after a guest opened the gate.

Probably, but I wouldn't try it. I'm sure it's been tried before, and they may even have security cameras.

LOL oh I'm not going to try it.......I was just wondering how they enforce it since regular park guests often walk around the hotel for shopping/dining etc..

All the DLR pools are gated, most of the pools off site are gated too, many of the off site pools aren't locked but the DLR pools are.

anyone know the pool hours? there is more than one pool right? are the hours the same for both?

The Neverland Pool is gated and only a room key from the DLH will work to open that gate. In June of 2007, one day the lifeguard came around and started checking room keys. I think because of this very rowdy group of people who were being obnoxious. They got their stuff and left once they realized what was happening. As soon as they did, the room key check was over, the lifeguards had accomplished their goal I guess!

And once my son left the gated area and didn't have a key, he came back in on the heels of another guest and got stopped by a lifeguard who was right there, when he pointed me out, it was fine. But for sure at times, they are really checking to make sure everyone is "legal"!
