DLR/Aulani combo trip?

We tried that location but the guy had never heard of them. I see now that DW's were added a few months after our visit.
Oh well, at least we got one at the Dole plantation.

One year I visited Aulani and I timed my flight home with the 24-hours of Disney and was able to make it to Disneyland for the celebrations. It was a crazy long day but I was glad I did it. Good thing for me is that I live less than 30-minutes away from Disneyland so after celebrating at Disney I went home. I travel a lot for fun and I usually stick with my frequent flyer airlines to build points. Most times I do not see a big difference in cost of airfares so I stay loyal to my airline to build up points.

We are doing a DL/Aulani trip for our honeymoon. We are flying from NYC to Aulani and staying there for 6 days then flying from Aulani to DL for a few days and then it is back to work and life. Thankfully I work in IT so getting 2 weeks off isn't a big deal.
