We are going for a day trip to DLP on saturday, and looking at it I was woundering which is the best way arround.

I've planned to go to the lucky nuget at 12.30, for lunch.

I thought it may be best to go to fronteer land / adventure land first, then fantasy land and discoverland later in the day.

Please can you offer any advice

Also what is thunder mountain like, are there any really big drops on it, is it alot different from wdw.

Big Thunder at DLP is similar to its cousin in WDW in terms of speed and drops, but I think it is better as all the action takes place on an island in the middle of the Frontierland lake. Definitely recommended!

Rides which get very busy from the start of the day include Peter Pan (make sure you collect a FastPass before midday), Big Thunder and Space Mountain. Pirates of the Carribbean and Indiana Jones have relatively short queues during the afternoon, so these are good to do when other rides are too busy.
