Hi Helpful folks,

Just wondering how reliable the online booking section of the Disneyland Paris website is.

I have booked to stay off site, but I am now reconsidering, and possibly going to stay onsite, but when entering the dates, I can book the special offer of 5 for 4 or 4 for 3 nights packages, when, as far as I can see, they shouldnt be available???

Oh, and what is the cancellation policy? Can I cancel without incurring a charge if needbe?

Thanks,
Stevey

That might be okay, they add more dates for this offer.
Cancallation at DLRP is free 30days prior to arrival.

Cancellation fee is 10% more than 30 days before start of holiday, then 35% 30 - 8 days before, 75% 7 - 3 days before and 100% from 2 days before.

BTW, if you book online, you have to pay the total amount of the holiday straight away.

so, you guys think i should go ahead and book the special offer, even though they dont have the dates listed on the site?

Do you think they would honour it anyway?

Stevey

I think if you get as far as having to put your CC information in and it's still showing the offer price then it should be fine.

Happy Days!

Will check it out properly tonight, and book if I can. Reckon its worth the extra to stay onsite - save all the hassle with trains et al.

Thanks for all your help!

Hi,

sorry I have to disagree, you have to pay the total amount 30 days before arrival. ( At least when you book over the german hotline)

Renate - I think it must be different when booking from the UK, unless they've recently changed their policy. According to the summer brochure it says that

"whatever the date on which the reservation is made, a full and immediate payment is required for any reservation made on the Internet website. Bookings must be paid-on line in full at the moment of reservation"

I wish it wasn't the case, otherwise I would have booked online, rather than over the phone.

Hi,

you are right, I just had a look at the website and read the same.
IMHO that is very stupid and you should only book online when you within the last 30 days. Why should I give Disney the money earlier.....???
