DLP non-0844 phone number?

Anyone know of an alternative number I can use to avoid getting stung for call costs? The one on saynoto0870 didn't get me through to where I wanted to be...

Grrr.
Tried ringing the UK number and it had changed it's opening hours on the automatic voice message, so rang France instead and spent more money on the call. However, booking made - further however... when checking the booking online one of the kids is missing from the Eurostar section. When I try calling France back I'm getting the opening hours message (which says they're open until 6.30pm) but then get cut off. Is it because they're an hour ahead?
Guess I'll now have to try in the morning and hope someone's in over the Bank Hols. Ugh, I hate it when things aren't straight forward

yes, its too late now because its 6.30pm French time that the phone lines close. Its not a bank holiday in France tomorrow, so you'll be able to sort it out on the French number tomorrow in their office hours .
