DLP mail order

Has anyone ordered dlp merchandise by mail order before? Am I better to phone or order by email? (Just bearing in mind my French is not good!) thanks

Email is the best with as much detail as you can give - photo, shop seen in ... - you can write in English so no worries there. They will then come back to you with postage costs within 48 hours normally

Great service, I used them to exchange an item after I'd returned from a trip and they were really helpful.

I've used them a few times in the past, they're not the fastest to respond initially (hope you've heard by now though!) but the postage is reasonable.
