DLP last few days of june/first few of july

what i want to know is how busy will the parks be then?

i ask this because i would love love love to go to DLRP for my 21st birthday but i am very but off at the idea of the parks being busy =/ .... i have only ever been to DLRP at reasonably quiet times... ie. jan/feb, march, early november late sept/early oct

so would you suggest going and being there on my birthday... or booking for another time and having it as my birthday trip just at a different day...

The summer season has started about the 5th July the past few years so before that it shouldnt be too busy

Yeah it starts on the 9 th this year i believe =] mayhave to pospon it until later anywaydue to funding =[

I think it all depends on how important it is to you to be there on your actual birthday. It would be really lovely in years to come to say I was in DLRP on my 21st birthday but I'm also sure you'll remember being there a few weeks/months later to celebrate it just as much.

It wasn't too busy, but it was the heat that slowed us down - very, very hot for the end of June. We were there mid-week too which helps. Try and avoid weekends at any time of year if you can and make the most of EMH if staying on-site.

aah yeah i never thought about heat but then i wouldnt be bothered about just taking my time =] and my birthday is on a wednesday so we would probably be going monday-friday =]
