Well, I have been planning galore for visiting DLP in November next year and now my husband has decided we should go next May :confused3 but :cool1:

Is May a good time to visit? I think it's still classed as low season so does that mean the park closes early?

I have checked out the price and at the minute it's under the early booker offer of 15% off with under 7's stay and play free. I doubt this is the best offer we'll get, so can anyone with more experience of holidaying in DLP advise me as to whether or not I should hold off for a better offer coming out?

Many thanks for your help :)

May is a good time to go :thumbsup2 There can be a couple of French public holidays so check those before booking.

It's generally dry, and not as busy as later in the year. For the best experience I'd say book mid week if you can, but that goes for any time of year. Weekends get very busy.

If it was me, I wouldn't book for next May yet. There are bound to be many offers, but going by previous years experience it will probably be into next year before the best ones are out. Generally Feb/March time. I know it feels like leaving it a bit too close to when you're going, but there is generally availability at all the on-site hotels. DLP is a short stay destination, and by it's very nature means you can book up close to your dates.

I'd suggest booking travel if you've got definite dates - as this is the bit that goes up in price. You shouldn't have a problem booking a hotel nearer the time and will hopefully get a good deal - 30 - 40% off going by the last few years deals :thumbsup2
