DLP Hotel Booking Questions

Hi

I posted this on the DLP forum as well, but thought it wouldn't hurt to try here too.

I hope someone can help me. We're going to DLP in September this year and I have been looking at our accommodation options. We want to stay in one of the Disney hotels, but we want to stay for 2 nights, but only access the parks on 1 of the days. Booking through the Disney website doesn't seem to allow that option - it automatically gives you 3 days of park entry. Obviously that makes it a lot more expensive. Is there a way around that?

Also, I have tried booking through other websites but they all have those dates as unavailable, even though the Disney website seems to show them as available. Surely they can't be booked out that far in advance? Or is it that they have not yet released those dates? If that is the case, does anyone know how early you CAN book?

Disneyland Paris may have their early bird special open for those dates. They normally release the dates for booking and then close them off again until closer to the date. I'm not sure exactly how far in advance they reopen though. I thought onsite stays always included admission equal to the number of days but I could be wrong. I know I've seen the tickets automatically included with the hotels on bookings.com

If you book through Expedia, you can get room only rates. Then just buy a 1 day ticket separately. Can't help with the availability though, not sure what's going on there

If you can get a good price for the accommodation including the tickets, you might find that you use the other days just to quickly pop in and see dreams, or go and ride one last ride before you leave or something.
