DLP Gift Cards

Do gift cards for DLP exist? I'm looking for a gift card that can be used for food, shopping, etc. If such a thing exists, where can I find them and can I purchase them from the US?

I have never seen them, so I don't think you can.

You can buy half board and half board plus vouchers for restaurants. But no gift card exisits
