I've only booked via the French site thus far...but I check about 4-5 different country sites daily. And at the moment it appears that the Irish site offer for 4nights/5days at the DLH is offering the best rate (since it's in Euros as well as offering the '2 nights free/kids under 12' deal).

The offer I'm getting is DLH 4nights/5days (kid free) for end of January (22-26) for 1284€ (roughly US$1690)...anyone who goes often, or is more familiar with the way the deals work and the pricing...is this even a good deal? I feel as though it is, and I'm one of those people who believe if YOU are comfortable paying a certain price, then it's fine. BUT, I'm just not familiar enough with pricing here to know if that is in fact decent...

Or might there be a sale change soon? Not necessarily a Flash sale, but just in general? It's a birthday trip x2 ...and I just can't commit. :(

When you know that the rack rate was 643€ - 1063€ per night for a standard room at the DLH last season - it's gone up but I haven't got them to hand - I'd say that it was an excellent price ;)

Beyond that I don't know as I've never stayed in a hotel there and no doubt never will :goodvibes

yes, I'd say thats a good price for the DLH - its around £250 per night at those prices, I'd say thats a bargain.

Thank you both! It's sometimes settling to hear from others if they feel it's a fair price (granted, it's still an outrageous price for a hotel room...lol) for THAT hotel. Off to email my husband and discuss (though, if he has his way, we're just flat out going). ;)

Thanks again! :thumbsup2
