DLH vacation planning reservations

I contacted vacation planning to make our dining reservations for our May 23-30 trip. I emailed them a little early because we were going on a cruise when I normally would have emailed them. About a week ago I emailed again just to make sure that they were going to be able to make them (and remind them since I had originally emailed them early). I got an email back assuring me they would be made and they would contact me as soon as they are made.

I still haven't heard from them and it is less than 60 days from my last day of vacation so they should have been made by now. The only one I really worry about is Blue Bayou Fantasmic dinner. When I look online it says there aren't any available. Are they not making Fantasmic dinner reservations for the end of May yet? I just don't know if I should be concerned and/or just go ahead and make my own reservations (for the other ones) and cancel them if I find out VP made some. Should I email VP again? I hate to be a pain. It's been quite a while since I've used them so I can't remember how long it takes to hear back from them with reservations.

Also arriving May 23 and I was not able to make Fantasmic Dinner and WoC Dinner for neither 24.05. or 25.05 on my own. The page always reloaded or there was a server-error. I was not able to do it from 3 different devices. I tried to make a reservation for Goofys Kitchen then: No error, no reloading.

I asked our TA about booking WoC and F!-Dinner, she did it with no problems.

Please call the dining hotline to be sure to get the reservations you want. It seems to be a little complicated in late May with reservations..when VP mails you a confirmtion and you have double bookings , you can cancel them online with a few clicks or by phone

For what it's worth, I emailed them about a week ago to ask about their making our reservations for us. Our 60 day window was a few days away.
They wouldn't. They directed me to the website to do it myself.
Yes, we are staying at DLH and yes we booked directly with Disney. I gave them our confirmation info and everything.
