so we are booking at the DLH through AAA and am wondering should I ask for a particular tower/room that would give us a decent view?:confused3 And can someone give me guidance on where the laundry room is at the DLH? and what would be the best time of day/night to do laundry?thanks for all the help!

I have only booked standard rooms, but I have to say that the room with a view of the port-cochere over the hotel entrance was a nicer room than the one on the second floor of the Dream tower with a pool view. It was a bigger room, and it was much quieter. My friends stayed in a pool view room on the fifth floor of the Dream tower and it was a very nice room with plenty of room for them, their two daughters and my son who ended up camping out on their daybed/sofa most nights of our trip.

I stayed in the Dreams Tower 2153 & was able to see the fireworks w/obstructed view by a palm tree. Not a bad view. I was able to see most of the fireworks & paid for a standard room on NYE. But, I would try to get a room on a higher floor next time to be able to see more clearly.

The down side of being there is that ESPN Zone & the musicians in DTD played loudly there. I don't think it quieted down until around 11:30pm.
