DLH rates

We are staying one night in October at Disneyland and I want to book at the DLH. I know in years past different deals show up giving percentages off for rooms at the DLH. If I book today and the rate goes down, can I cancel to get the new rate? Or am I locked in?

You'll be able to call and have your rate reduced. When the deals become available, make sure to call in right away because they usually only have a limitted number of rooms that they'll do at the special rates.

If your reservation allows cancellations, sure! The cancellation policy should be made clear to you before you book. When the discount comes out you get re-booked into a new reservation. Things to keep in mind:
-if your room is a part of the discount but there is no availability for your dates you won't be able to get the discount
-discounts in recent memory have only been valid Sun nights - Thurs nights
