When you book a room at DLH, do they send you a welcome booklet like they do when you book a room at WDW?

If so, if you book the room through Oritz do they still send you a booklet?

I've stayed there five times over the past 10 years, never received a welcome booklet. We've booked directly through the hotel, as part of a conference, and through vacation packages.

Sounds like fun, though.

I booked for September recently and did receive a booklet! Not sure about orbitz though

I booked through Orbitz for July and did not receive a booklet. I've stayed at DLH every summer for past 5 years - though all the previous times I booked through AAA. In any case I never got a booklet from the hotel, although trip AAA used to have a nice themed packet to hold all the vouchers, coupons, and tickets they would send you. You could probably call DLH direct and ask if they have any printed collateral they could mail you in advance. There # is (714) 778-6600 - sorry I don't have an 800 number.

I usually get a Welcome Booklet when I book directly with the hotel. Never gotten one when I booked through Orbitz or Cheap Tickets.

I got the booklet when i booked directly through DLH's site. But now i booked the same stay through Orbitz so i'll have to cancel the first booking. The book they sent isnt that exciting. You get more information from 10 minutes of reading disboards.

I have always gotten a booklet at check in at the front desk at the GCH . Only thing I got in the mail was a confirmation letter.

My daughter keeps the booklets we get in the mail for her class. They love reading them. To me, they are pretty useless, but kids love them.
