Does DLH supply pool tools? Are they out by the pool or do you have to ask for them somewhere? Thanks!

Yes, big blue and white striped towels are provided. They are out in the pool area, stacked up in these big wooden crate-looking structures with one side open. There also are places to drop your used towels.
