Dlh hotel castle club do they have family rooms

Hi we have a family room booked for next match and I was wondering if castle club have family rooms and what chance is of an upgrade as its my daughters 1st birthday

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think there are any family rooms within Castle Club. Hopefully someone else will know.

As for upgrades - people sometimes do get sprinkled with pixie dust and get upgraded to Castle Club but the only way to be sure of it is to pay to upgrade before you go. Did you book a family room because of the size of your party or because you wanted the larger space?

We had to book family room due to having 4 children x
