DLH Facilities

In vegas it seemed loads of people went to breakfast in thier PJs, mine were a bit too brief to join in! Same at my University in LA.

I'd be a bit too embarrased to join in at the DLH even if people did do it. Plus I don't tend to go back to the room after brekkie.
Yes, we've seen lots of guests in their PJs at brekkie in the US ~ no way could I inflict myself on the general public without getting dressed and made up first, it would be far too cruel!! :lmao:

Did you go to dinner in slippers on purpose? Or did you only realise when you got there?
:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I did it on purpose, my boots were all wet and i wanted my feet to breathe:lmao:

No-one said anything tho and i did have socks on.

Fair do's!! Good job you'd taken slippers!

I never think to pack them.

Torsie, don't pack slippers for your stay at the DLH - you get robes and slippers when you are there! Woo hoo!

The DLH are very accommodating of people in robes, slippers and pyjamas.

I went down to the lobby in just pyjamas and slippers one morning to check something on the internet (just a 5 minute trip).

I also spent a good hour sat on the floor on the first floor landing (above the lobby) in pyjamas and DLH robe / slippers because I had no laptop battery left and the only working sockets had no seats next to them :rotfl:

On both of these occasions, nobody (CM or otherwise) said a word and in fact the CM's greeted me as they would anybody else in the hotel :goodvibes

Haha - very posh!

I kept my slippers from the Plaza in NY!

We got spare pairs when we went to the Spa. Lol.

Also got spare robes, but I felt they were too much stealing!

My mum was suprised that i didnt take the slippers home :rotfl:

The various prices are available here.

There's about 4 or 5 different tarriffs available at different prices, so you just pick the most suitable one for you.

On another note - I'd recommend using the wifi in the lobby - I had terrible trouble in the bar area for some reason.

Thanks rob! :)

Pretty good tariffs!! :) The 3hr 30 days one seems good, shame i have to lobby though :(

I paid out 15 euros for the 10 hours worth as I was spending about an hour or so most evenings doing various things, so 3 hours wouldn't quite have been enough for me.

It's not too bad in the lobby - it's quite comfy though the sockets downstairs seem to be disabled so Id recommend making sure you've plenty of battery on your computer :goodvibes
