Does the Concierge staff contact you prior to your visit to ask if you need any assistance in Dining or anything else?
Maybe we've just been spoiled by WDW. We've stayed concierge level at Poly and AKL and have always been contacted by the concierge staff by phone and by mail.
We leave on Saturday for DL and have yet to receive any communication from DLH Concierge staff. We booked through DU back in August for this trip. We also had DU make some dining arrangements for us last week.
I am just curious as to what your experiences have been.

Didn't know WDW did it - what a nice touch! I did, however, find them extremely helpful once we were there so be sure to enjoy to the fullest!!
