DL Tix from Get Away Today

I ordered our park tickets via the phone from Get Away Today back on 10/9, I just realized we haven't received them yet. We leave in less than 3 weeks (11/15) should I be worried? I plan to call them in the morning. The charge is on my credit card.

When I ordered park tickets from GAT, they didn't mail me anything. I took my credit card to the ticket booth and picked them up.

I swear she told me to expect something in the mail, but I could be wrong. We planned the trip last minute and I was trying to get everything booked while the baby was napping

Definitely call and ask them, but don't be concerned at all about it in the meantime.

You are right. I found the emailed invoice and it says to pick up at the ticket booth. Phew.

When we've used them in the past, we also just picked up our tickets at one of the booths. We could even pick them up the night before we wanted to use them, which was nice. I believe we had to have the credit card we used to make the purchase and a photo ID.

Usually Get Away Today mails you a packet with all your info, but it doesn't have anything we've found we really need. Usually some pins, maybe a little backpack thing, some "Get Away Today" lanyards, etc. Along with your hotel information. So just some freebies that we've always been fine without, and information we already have somewhere else. So if you don't get it, don't stress!
