DL tickets and reservations - April 15!

There seem to be a lot of issues currently. I'm sorry to everyone who is waiting.

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. This happened during TOD, too. Still, after getting soooo close I'm just a little peeved.

Oh, well.

The dumb thing said I had 4 minutes left and then jumped back up to 30 minutes, then 37, now over an hour! Asking for a friend :'(

I hit purchase on my tickets, stitch ate the page, and my queue link is no longer valid. Seriously felt my heart sink into my feet

Hopefully if it's issues on the Disney side they won't penalize those of us who are currently "waiting while they complete our request"

I think that's the tech issue. I think they're having some kind of processing problem on transaction completion.

How long did it take you to get through the queue? Not a lot of hope here. Have already been crying for awhile. Wow.

I never got in with my own codes, I got in from one given to me.

I think that's the tech issue. I think they're having some kind of processing problem on transaction completion.

I meant regardless of what the issue is they should extend our queue validity period so we don't have to sit in the "more than an hour" wait again.

Try again, it was having problems, but it appears to be back up again.

I can hear their data service "back end" creaking under the strain...

It would be nice if they put something in the queue that says there are tech issues or things are on pause. They have done that in other queues I have been in for Disney before. Again make me feel like they remember that I am here and still waiting. Without the Dis, I would not know.

Yes, I think so too - I literally hit the final button to check out for my hotel reservation and that's when Stitch came up.

All of my wait times changed to "Recalculating"
