I just went and checked the app and my tickets are missing. Do you think it’s because they’re updating them with new expiration dates or is there an issue?

Mine are gone too. The info on the DL website makes it sound like we will have to reenter the tickets once there is an opening date, and then they will show the updated expiration.

Should have been a little more patient. I accessed them again through my email confirmation and they updated there and reappeared in my app. So they’re back - and have an expiration of Jan 22, 2022!
