If you are wondering if the DAS is the same at DL as WDW, it is. The links to pre register are on the DL website. If you want to get the DAS in person, you can do so at Guest Services in either park.

Other than that I am not sure what “summary” you are looking for.

I use a DAS at Disneyland regularly as I am a local with a Magic Key. It works exactly the same. I usually get it approved in the park and the book return times via the app.
